Stronger, Quicker, Tougher

A Proven Athletic Development program that builds MOTIVATED student athletes (13-18) into better athletes.

This is not a Play Station intervention program or a junior version of the Biggest Loser.

Starting with stabilization, balance and coordination development, we build each athlete to better performance through protocols that are based in sound exercise science and research. No fads, no magic bullets, no shortcuts.

We then challenge the athlete with strength and power development building the speed, agility and quickness that makes the difference on the field, rink or court.

While this is a serious program, it still can be fun. Athletes love a challenge and we offer that in our workouts by borrowing from our CrossFit program where workouts are scored on time or points. This offers an ongoing means of benchmarking progress.

Special sessions can be arranged for teams or groups of four or more.
