Frontier Days Stampede 5K and WOD in the Park

WODpark2 Congratulations to the EAD runners in Sunday's Frontier Days Stampede. Everyone finished in the top ten of their age groups.

Also, great job at the impromptu WOD in the wood chips:
2 person relay teams
7 rounds each for time:
30 m. shuttle sprint
5 Push press 115/95/65#
5 Burpees
