4 rounds; 1 min on, 1 min off of deadlift for reps.
1st round; 225lbs, 1 pt per rep
2nd round; 275lbs, 2 pt per rep
3rd round; 315lbs, 3 pts per rep

Well none of us EAD people made the finals but Alida, Sammy & I PR'd our 3 rep C & J (and we all had a 45 sec window to do those 3 reps). However Nell did make the finals, yay Nell!
