Find out if our programs are right for you. We firmly believe in working with each individual athlete to determine the right approach to reaching their goals. If the fit is right, the next step is:
Program Start-up (one time fee)
Over a two week period, the athlete completes an initial questionnaire, we determine your long and short term goals, assess current levels of fitness through tests in different disciplines and develop an annual plan. The athlete is then given log-in user name and password to access their on-line schedule program. This program allows daily feedback between coach and athlete allowing the coach to monitor progress and update training plans as needed. Each plan is specifically tailored to each athlete and his or her goals, these are not the plug-and-play training plans some other programs use.
Coaching Plan (monthly fee*)
Designed for the competitive athlete who is committed to reaching their true potential. The foundation of this plan is frequent communication between the coach and athlete along with constant review. This plan includes the following:
- Annual Training Plan prioritizing events
- Training schedule issued weekly
- Unlimited email contact
- Unlimited phone calls (athlete initiated)
- 20% off of additional services
- Spin-scan, running stride or video swim analysis
- Race preparation and motivation
- Event-specific taper plan
- Race day strategy plan
- Nutritional fueling plan for training and racing
- Post-race analysis and debrief
(*month = 4 week block, 3 month minimum paid in advance)
