EAD Fitness Boot Camp is an intensive, four week program that includes a fun mix of body weight exercise, heart-pumping calisthenics, a bit of the unexpected and encouraging group camaraderie. Sessions are held at the Elite Athletic Development Performance Center, 12 W. College Dr., Arlington Heights and at the park at Lake Arlington.
EAD Fitness Boot Camp classes are designed to give you a total body workout based on the CrossFit training methodology. You can expect cardiovascular challeneges, partner exercises, athletic drills, creative resistance training, relay races, running/walking and much more.
This program is designed for people who have made a commitment to getting fit. Over the course of the four weeks, we progressively challenge your mind and body. The EAD Fitness Boot Camp environment is positive and motivating for the mind, body and soul.

Is EAD Fitness Boot Camp right for me?
This program is designed for people who have made a commitment about getting fit. Over the course of four weeks, we progressively challenge your mind and body. The EAD Fitness Boot Camp environment is positive and motivating for the mind, body and soul! For ages from 16 to 99!
Why is the EAD Fitness Boot Camp better than others?
Our programs are designed and led by experienced, educated and certified fitness professionals. Our Fitness Boot Camp is based on the methodologies of CrossFit, the most effective and proven fitness programming you can find. Also, our family’s commitment to community fitness in the Northwest suburbs: We work to help our neighbors achieve results.
Do I have to be in shape to start?
You do need to be cleared by your doctor to participate in rigorous exercise. Being “in shape” is not a pre-requisite. If you are healthy and motivated, this is for you.
What results can I expect?
At the end of four weeks, you will increase strength, endurance and cardiovascular output; improve posture, achieve better relaxation and gain self-confidence. You may be inclined to return for a second or third camp! Results compound with additional camps.
Are the instructors mean?
No! Are goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals in an energetic and fun program. We’ll yell encouragement, push you when you need it and offer constructive instruction and feedback.
What is the cost for each four week session?
We offer a three day a week option at $129 and a four day a week option at $159.
Do you have a refund policy?
We can only give you a credit towards another boot camp (in the current season) if you are unable to continue with the one you began because of circumstances beyond your control. This credit is non transferable. Credit is not given towards private training. There is no cash refund.
What if I want to take another Boot Camp?
After successfully completing your first Fitness Boot Camp, you earn a one time 20% discount on your next program.
What do I bring?
Make sure you bring a water bottle or two, layered clothing appropriate for the weather (we go rain or shine), running shoes, yoga mat or beach towel and a positive attitude!
How long is each class?
Each class lasts 60 minutes.
All participants are expected to arrive on time. EAD Fitness Boot Camp starts promptly and ends promptly. No exceptions or delays will be made for late arrivals.
